Although many of you will be eager to see results, don't overtrain. Professional bodybuilders will train 5-6 times per week, but it has taken a long time for them to work up to this level of intense exercise. Your muscles grow when you rest. You could begin by working out 3 times per week, but also drink plenty of water, eat whole foods, and get plenty of sleep. The best way to lose stomach fat is by eating whole foods and training properly.
