Six Pack Abs Checklist

Diet, exercise and attitude are needed for six pack abs. Miss one of these and you will not get them. Sorry, just telling the truth. It can certainly be done but it requires focus. All the info you need for building six pack abs is here. Each part is discussed below.

Your Eating Habits

If you were to strip away the body fat layer on your stomach you would probably find a six pack hidden behind it. You may not be aware that doing your daily activities is working your abs and the foundation is there already. The tricky part is to get rid of the layer of fat. You know what is good for you and what is not. Cut out the crappy foods now. You know the difference between right and wrong foods. No need to list them here.

Your Exercise Plan

Ready for some hard work? Having ripped abs means buidling those muscles up but doing ab exercises should be part of an overall plan to get bigger. Doing a gazillion sit ups will not work, as a matter of fact, it could be doing you harm Why not use the exercise plan that I use here.

Your Attitude

Without 100% effort you are wasting your time as you will wreck all your good work by doing the wrong thing. Don't expect a grouse set of abs in two weeks. Give yourself twelve weeks at the bare minimum.
